About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Experienced Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This analyst role will be responsible for the preparation of the weekly and monthly metric decks that are reviewed with both the supply chain management team, but also with Program Management during PMMs, BPRs, etc. Analyst will have responsibility for tracking shortages for B-52J CERP and relaying timely and accurate information back to scheduling and program while helping with supply chain mitigation plans and prioritization of shortages. This analyst will assume responsibility for tracking SDRL submittals, including any follow-up with key stakeholders on receiving timely sign offs or coordinating actions to ensure accurate acceptance of submittals.

Requirements

  • More than 1 year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
  • More than 1 year of experience in building and presenting plans or recommendations to executive leadership
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
  • U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • More than 1 year of experience preparing reports in support of data analysis
  • More than 1 year of experience assessing and evaluating risk

Responsibilities

  • Measures key performance indicators

  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies
  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows
  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis
  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.
