About The Position
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Supply Chain Analyst Intern in Peachtree City, GA, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting. The internship focuses on designing and developing AI/ML models for demand forecasting and inventory optimization, analyzing large datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities, building tools or dashboards for SLOMO identification and management, and enhancing forecasting at the material/location level, including allocation recommendations. This internship could lead to an at-will full-time role in Signify.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (AI/ML focus preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Python, SQL, or similar programming languages
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data modeling
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML models to support demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Analyze large datasets (forecast, inventory, orders, lead times) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Build tools or dashboards to improve SLOMO identification and management
- Enhance forecasting at the material/location (Mat/LOC) level, including allocation recommendations
