About The Position

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will assist a team of procurement professionals by managing a portfolio of subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements. You will balance multiple priorities to help our clients address both their current and emerging needs effectively. These objectives will be accomplished through close collaboration with internal teams, efficient facilitation of information flow across the supply chain, and the development of strong relationships with suppliers. You will ensure that sourcing requirements are met promptly and to the highest standards while assisting in negotiating favorable terms to guarantee the timely delivery of quality materials and services. Additionally, you will work directly with your leaders to address any issues that may arise during the contracting lifecycle, ensuring that procurement activities remain cost-effective and fully compliant with our approved business systems. You will provide pre- and post-award subcontract and purchase order administration. You will be responsible for processing-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements. You'll be responsible for soliciting and administering subcontracts, purchase orders, modifications, and change orders. You'll review solicitation packages and prepare supplier solicitation packages to support the proposal. You will conduct price analysis evaluation of supplier proposals and write price analysis narratives for contract proposals. You'll make entries into Booz Allen procurement systems, process purchase orders and modifications, and serve as the primary interface between Booz Allen and suppliers in the pre- and post-award phase. You'll negotiate subcontract agreements and purchase order terms and conditions. You will prepare small business subcontracting plans on proposal efforts. You'll ensure appropriate contract flow downs and agency provisions are incorporated into subcontracts and purchase orders. You'll maintain procurement files and ensure compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements and the Booz Allen Procurement Manual. You'll work as part of a team and use effective communication in daily interactions with internal and external clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination, supply chain, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics, or operations
  • Experience in federal procurement or subcontract management, including overseeing proposals, supplier selection and negotiations, and subcontract administration to support U.S. government programs
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing AI to solve problems
  • Ability to function independently as a self-starter
  • Ability to collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of procurements
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working directly with suppliers and their sub-tiers with product delivery
  • Experience with procurement software and tools such as ERP systems and e-procurement platforms
  • Experience with contract management software and tools
  • Knowledge of Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR)

  • Apply critical thinking and systematic reasoning to validate assumptions, identify risks, and develop sound, defensible solutions.
