Summary Support Global Parts Sales Management in driving business growth, mitigating risks, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through efficient management of pricing, quality, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

Must have a High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in sales or supply chain management.
Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage price changes, quotations, and system updates for accurate customer communication.
Manage quality issues and material changes (PCR/ECI).
Oversee program launches and phase-outs, safeguarding company and supplier interests.
Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Support customer/supplier meetings.
Manage abnormal costs, mitigate financial risks, and monitor profitability across sales and supply chain.
Manage and track KPIs/FMDS, providing monthly financial reviews and projections.
Review customer/supplier report cards, addressing feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
Optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and identify/resolve bottlenecks.
Engage with existing customers to identify needs and opportunities.
Pursue kaizen activities and standardization to control costs.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
