Serves as the primary escalation point for resolving complex process and logistics issues, optimizing internal workflows to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Oversee customer implementations, onboarding, and offboarding processes, partnering closely with sales teams and key accounts to align distribution capabilities with customer requirements. Manages large-scale order coordination, including Denovo launches, bulk shipments, and specialized delivery programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service expectations. Drives operational excellence through system reporting, process improvements, and data analysis, leveraging tools such as JDE and WCS to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Acts as a liaison between field sales and distribution operations, providing guidance, training, and real-time support. Leads special projects and cross-functional initiatives, including transportation optimization, inventory strategy alignment, and distribution center readiness. Supports national sales initiatives and organizational priorities through planning, communication, and execution.
