About The Position

Argenta is seeking a Supply Center Operator for its Shawnee, Kansas location. The role supports warehouse and supply-center operations in the animal-health pharmaceutical industry, including accurate order picking and staging, coordination of freight and dock appointments, and delivery of materials to production areas. The operator also supports inventory and other general warehousing tasks, process improvements, training compliance, audit readiness, and workplace safety. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Requirements

Three to five years of experience in the pharmaceutical warehouse industry is preferred.
Ability to work from written and oral instructions.
Basic working knowledge and understanding of government regulations affecting the pharmaceutical industry, including CFRs.
Experience safely operating multiple types of powered industrial trucks and other material-handling equipment.
Ability to complete training and certification required by internal and external agencies.
Detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Three to five years of experience in the pharmaceutical warehouse industry.
ERP experience, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

Work with the Supply Center Coordinator to accurately pick and stage sales orders to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and associated dock appointments with internal and external customers and suppliers.
Support general warehousing activities, including cycle counts, destruction orders, and product labeling.
Coordinate with Production Material Handlers to accurately pull raw materials and packaging and deliver them to designated production areas by required dates and times.
Apply supply-chain experience to communicate and implement efficiencies and process improvements.
Keep personal training current to support audit compliance.
Keep the supply center audit-ready through cleanliness and organization.
Keep safety training current to support audit compliance.
