About The Position

Join a reputable manufacturing team as a Supply Associate in Raymond, ME, and make a tangible impact every day. As a Supply Associate, you'll be responsible for keeping materials organized, stocked, and available throughout the facility. You'll work closely with the supply department to deliver materials, support shipping and receiving, and ensure inventory accuracy. Your work helps keep operations running smoothly, supporting the factory’s productivity and safety efforts.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 125 lbs., with assistance for heavier items
• Comfort standing, walking, climbing, reaching, bending, and working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions

Responsibilities

• Performing shipping and receiving duties efficiently and accurately
• Preparing materials for use across various departments and processes
• Maintaining an organized and up-to-date inventory system
• Rotating stock and supplies to ensure freshness and availability
• Picking, delivering, and stocking materials throughout the facility
• Assisting with receiving deliveries and local vendor pickups
• Operating a forklift and other equipment as needed
• Moving batteries, spools of wire, and heavier supplies using carts and lifting aids
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized supply area
• Following all safety procedures and wearing required protective gear
