Supply and Inventory Planning Manager
About The Position
The Supply Planning Team, organized by Division, serves as the Business Unit’s (BU) single point of contact and advocate for all supply-related matters. This team is responsible for proposing and maintaining internal and external inventory targets/build categories in balance with service level targets. This team coordinates allocation and EOL processes and works with the Demand and Capacity Planning team to constrain the URDP during the S&OP process. Along with the Demand Team, Supply and Inventory Planner is responsible for creating “the plan”. They are responsible for their end-to-end supply chain and working with any teams required to remove and resolve issues. onsemi is looking for experienced Supply and Inventory Planning Manager who will provide focus to effective strategies, set high personal and linked organizational goals and expectations, and disciplined execution to exceed those goals for growing Power Solutions Group; Protection and Signal Division. You will interface with assigned Business Unit, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing Management, Finance, and Human Resources. Fast-paced, challenging environment that provides growth opportunities. This role is a managerial role.
