We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead Cost Management and Strategic Initiatives on the Oracle Sourcing team. This position will be a key partner of the Sourcing leadership team and OCI-wide team that is scaling business with direct interaction with the OCI Executive Leadership team. The role involves serving as a member of the Sourcing leadership team to drive competitive cost, supplier performance, and supply chain efficiencies. It requires creating and implementing Sourcing initiatives and improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices. The individual will provide balanced judgment and demonstrate problem-solving skills in complex and ambiguous situations, building alignment across OCI through documentation or white papers. Setting an example of agility and adaptability is crucial, as is building constructive stakeholder relationships involving direct interaction and influence with different Oracle lines of business and Oracle suppliers. Growth opportunities include ownership of Sourcing Categories/Suppliers and Project Management leadership opportunities.
