Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Requirements

  • Manages supplier performance and resolves routine issues with some support.
  • Communicates well with suppliers and internal teams, including basic presentations.
  • Uses data, negotiation, and project skills to complete assigned work.
  • Owns supplier performance and issue resolution for more important or complex suppliers.
  • Leads cross-functional work and influences stakeholders, including executives.
  • Uses stronger judgment in negotiation, analysis, and risk management to drive better results.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against agreed upon metrics to ensure quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to enhance cooperation and drive mutual business growth.
  • Proactively address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with suppliers to maintain smooth operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Internal communication and presentations up to and including executive level reviews pertaining to supplier relationship strategy, performance and issue resolution.
