Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, data analytics, social research is preferred
3-5 years’ experience in management consulting or data analytics preferred
Manufacturing, supply chain, and automotive experience is desired
Demonstrated proficiency in data storytelling or technical communication to top management
Some travel throughout the Midwest region, with up to 10% overnight travel
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization application

Responsibilities

Develop and produce client deliverables and presentation material including qualitative and quantitative research design, data gathering, data analysis, data visualizations, and data storytelling to clients, including senior industry executives
Develop, execute, and analyze surveys and interviews to support client research objectives
Design and execute exploratory research using internal historical research data and externally available data to support the enrichment of client services including, but not limited to, validation and evolution of Working Relations Index® methodologies, cost benefits of robust commercial relationships, and strategic opportunity and risk identification for clients.
Develop and produce presentation material for public presentations and media requests
Contribute to practice development proposals, engagement letters, and client relationship-building activities
