The SQ Warranty Analyst is responsible for supporting warranty performance analysis and driving corrective actions aligned with the organization’s Time to Fix (TTF) GIMS initiative. This role focuses on identifying high-impact warranty issues, enabling rapid root cause investigation, and supporting cross-functional teams to reduce 3MIS and improve overall supplier quality performance. The Supplier Quality Warranty Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing warranty performance data to identify high-impact supplier quality issues, drive root cause prioritization, and support Time to Fix (TTF) improvement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in reducing 3MIS/kPPM by translating complex warranty data into actionable insights that enable supplier escalation, GIMS closure, and cross-functional alignment.
