Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- at least 6 months of experience within manufacturing or construction environment

Responsibilities
- Manages the None Conforming Material (NCM) process and leads the Material Review Board.
- Leads NCM issues dispositioned as Supplier (Return to Vendor).
- Manage and monitor the NCM Smartsheet to ensure proper and timely disposition of NCMs.
- Identify NCM trends for continuous improvement.
- Collaborates with all aspects of the business to ensure timely disposition of NCMs.
- Audits NCM area to ensure data accuracy by ensuring physical presence of items.
- Leads and manages the supplier corrective action process (SCAR) for repeat nonconformance.
- Identifies and manages supplier nonconforming issues in BIM.
- Manage Supplier Quality Scorecard and recommends corrections.
- Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
