Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Supplier Quality Specialists (Level 3 or Level 4) to join the Americas-Southwest team in Orange County, California. This role requires travel to supplier facilities in the greater Orange County area, as well as occasional domestic travel based on business needs. The BCA Supplier Quality organization is responsible for oversight of the suppliers’ QMS, evaluating product quality improvement plans and driving cross-functional joint efforts in the right direction. Our responsibility is based on our QMS and our contracts with our suppliers, to ensure that all our products meet our type designs and get there with proper compliance. Our team members enjoy and meet the challenges of working remotely, with a requirement to travel up to 25% of the time. Our team members recognize and appreciate the autonomy, trust and judgment granted to them, to ensure the oversight of our suppliers. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Career (Level 3) and Expert (Level 4) Supplier Quality Specialists. This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will require the selected candidate to reside in the Orange County, California area.
