Manages systems and processes to conduct effective Supplier Performance Monitoring (SPM) and Management across the organization. Supports day-to-day direction and improvement of the Source Quality organization's quality metrics systems. Ensures that processes, products, and services comply with established company and regulatory standards and partners with cross-functional departments in implementing quality procedures. Identifies ongoing quality and/or service issues and develops corrective and preventative action plans in response. Directs workflow to implement strategies designed to ensure Quality Systems are in line with internal best practices and in compliance with the organization’s Quality Assurance (QA) standards, international standards, and government regulations. Coordinates assignments for processes that ensure effective deployment and monitoring of Quality Systems. Contributes to meetings and aligns with multiple functions on overall Quality strategy, updates, and processes. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Supplier Quality Performance Specialist. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and DePuy Synthes procedures and guidelines, the Source Quality Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting Source and Supplier Quality Systems through advanced data analytics, reporting, and system enablement. This role plays a key part in strengthening visibility, governance, and performance of quality processes by translating quality data into actionable insights. The position partners closely with Quality Engineering, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to enable data‑driven decision‑making, improve Supplier Performance Monitoring effectiveness, and support regulatory readiness across the organization.
