Requirements

  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
  • 1+ years of experience working with Quality and/or Safety Corrective Action/Preventative Action, Root Cause Corrective Actions
  • 5+ years of experience in collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for management
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications
  • 5+ years of experience in web application front end languages, frameworks, and libraries
  • 5+ years of experience in relational database management systems (Exadata, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server)
  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a team of independent contributors creating data analytics tools and systems supporting BCA Supplier Quality business objectives
  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve supplier performance
  • Provides education and coaching on how BCA SQ's tools and applications support the Quality System
  • Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees
