Requirements

• Expertise in overseeing and enhancing supplier quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams, including performance management and professional growth.
• Skilled in developing and executing quality strategies aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
• Proficient in identifying and resolving technical and operational quality issues with broad departmental impact.
• Strong understanding of how supplier quality integrates with other business functions to drive overall performance.
• Ability to analyze quality metrics and data to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Effective in conveying expectations and quality requirements to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards, regulations, and certifications essential for supplier operations.
• Skilled in identifying potential quality risks within the supply chain and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ability to guide and influence others to adopt new quality practices and perspectives.
• Must be a U.S. Person within the meaning of ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the evaluation and monitoring of supplier quality performance to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Manages and mentors the supplier quality team, conducting performance reviews and facilitating professional growth.
• Develops and implements initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier quality and mitigating risks.
• Partners with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and optimize supplier performance.
• Analyzes quality data and metrics to identify trends, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
