About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineering Program Manager to lead supplier quality and product development programs, manage cross-functional teams, and drive projects from planning through completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Supply Chain Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and engineering drawings/specifications.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• PMI certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Experience with global suppliers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, scope, cost, risks, and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Drive supplier quality activities, APQP, PPAP, and stage-gate processes.
• Identify and mitigate project and supplier risks.
• Manage multiple programs and coordinate supplier quality reviews.
• Prepare program reports and presentations for leadership.
• Drive problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
• Support supplier and stakeholder coordination, including occasional travel.
