About The Position

Reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance, the Lead, Supply Quality Engineer will oversee and enhance our product quality processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance, testing methodologies, and process improvement, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products through rigorous testing, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

2 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, software testing life cycle, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers to ensure effective execution of quality assurance processes.
Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Coordinate quality-related activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and implement quality strategies, plans, and standards in line with product requirements and industry best practices.
Establish and monitor key quality metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with product management, development, and operations teams to define quality requirements and deliverables.
Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing products.
Ensure that testing is thorough, covering functional, performance, and usability aspects.
Conduct root cause analysis and failure investigations, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality protocols.
Manage risk assessments and support quality audits to ensure adherence to quality systems and processes.
Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide regular status updates to senior management on quality metrics, trends, and project progress.
Lead post-mortem reviews on major quality issues to identify lessons learned and preventive actions.
Act as a key liaison between quality and other departments to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery.
