Requirements

  • Proficient in implementing and maintaining quality management systems to ensure supplier compliance and product standards.
  • Skilled in identifying and analyzing root causes of quality issues to develop effective corrective actions.
  • Expertise in utilizing statistical tools and methodologies for quality data analysis and process optimization.
  • Experienced in evaluating and auditing suppliers to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.
  • Capable of managing quality improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Adept at identifying and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and product quality.
  • Excellent in conveying complex quality information clearly and building consensus among cross functional teams.
  • Strong ability to develop innovative solutions to complex quality challenges based on comprehensive data analysis.
  • Knowledgeable in industry regulations and standards to ensure supplier and product compliance.
  • Able to guide and mentor less experienced colleagues and lead small scale projects with minimal oversight.
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular assessments of supplier quality metrics to ensure adherence to established standards and contractual requirements.
  • Identify and analyze complex quality issues, determining root causes and developing effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead small scale improvement projects focused on enhancing supplier processes and product quality through the implementation of best practices.
  • Work closely with procurement, engineering, and production teams to align supplier quality objectives with overall business goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive quality reports and documentation to track supplier performance and support informed decision making.
