Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role.
Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
conhecimento of specific industry standards (e.g., AS9100).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, and Program Management to troubleshoot and resolve supplier quality issues.
Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Honeywell's quality standards.
Conduct supplier audits to assess supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers to help them meet Honeywell’s quality requirements.
Support internal and customer audits
