About The Position

As a Supplier Quality Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting supplier quality assurance activities to ensure that our suppliers meet Honeywell's quality standards and requirements. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to monitor, analyze, and improve supplier performance and product quality. You will work out of our Northford, CT location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall quality and reliability of components supplied to Honeywell by identifying quality issues, supporting corrective actions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supplier capabilities and product performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in supplier quality assurance or a related role.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and requirements.
  • Ability to work closely with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Honeywell's quality systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with aerospace, building automation, energy, or industrial automation industries.
  • Knowledge of Honeywell Forge software.
