About The Position

The Supplier Quality Analyst/ Quality Test Engineer will be responsible for performing quality testing and validation of products and components, investigating and resolving supplier quality issues, and analyzing defects to support corrective actions. This role involves collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to improve overall quality, tracking quality metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and processes. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and strong technical skills in quality testing, root cause analysis, and quality management systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Quality testing and validation experience.
  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Supplier Quality and Manufacturing Quality knowledge.
  • Experience with CAPA, FMEA, APQP, and quality tools.
  • Ability to analyze quality data and generate reports.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and compliance processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and quality management systems.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree not required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant quality/manufacturing experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality testing and validation of products and components.
