About The Position

The Supplier & Risk Management Team (SRMT) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Operations Specialist to support day-to-day supplier lifecycle activities and core operational processes. In this role, you’ll help maintain accurate supplier records and documentation, support compliance and internal control requirements, and provide timely, consistent, and reliable support to internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You’ll support a variety of supplier lifecycle activities, including maintaining supplier records, monitoring documentation and renewal requirements, performing data quality reviews, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. This position provides an opportunity to build foundational experience in supplier operations while contributing to an effective and reliable supplier management function. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive business information and documentation

Responsibilities

  • Maintain supplier master data, documentation, and electronic records in accordance with data quality, compliance, and audit readiness requirements.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of supplier records and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Monitor supplier records for upcoming or expired supplier documentation and compliance requirements, including Representations and Certifications, Certificates of Insurance (COI), and FFATA or Executive Compensation reporting.
  • Issue routine renewal requests and coordinate with suppliers to obtain updated documentation within established time frames.
  • Review supplier-submitted documentation and assist with resolving identified discrepancies or missing information.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier communications, documentation, and completed activities.
  • Respond to routine and time-sensitive requests from internal stakeholders and external suppliers while providing timely, professional customer service.
  • Complete assigned activities in accordance with established procedures, internal controls, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
  • Identify and escalate questions, exceptions, and non-standard situations as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with SRMT team members and stakeholders to resolve supplier-related issues and support team objectives.
