This role serves as the primary Supplier Development representative supporting an assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU), acting as the key interface between Procurement (Supply Chain) and the Global Supplier Development (GSD) organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Procurement (Supply Chain) to align supplier development priorities with business objectives while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier Development teams to improve supplier performance, support capacity readiness, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure successful execution of production and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. The SDPL coordinates cross-functional supplier development activities, aligns business priorities with supplier capabilities, and helps ensure suppliers are positioned to meet quality, delivery, capacity, and operational objectives. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization.
