About The Position

TerraPower is seeking to hire a highly motivated and forward-thinking professional to join their team as a Supplier Compliance Lead. This role is crucial for ensuring that all suppliers meet their contractual obligations, budgets, and schedules. The Supplier Compliance Lead will be the primary point of contact for contract compliance and internal supply chain compliance across the Natrium program. This position reports to the Supply Chain Program Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or engineering required.
  • 7+ years in supply chain, contract management, or compliance.
  • 5+ years of experience managing or integrating supplier cost, schedule, and reporting on complex programs.
  • Strong experience managing supplier contracts and compliance in regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Power BI), Atlassian Confluence and MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Project).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance streams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior nuclear, U. S. government, aerospace, or energy project experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enforce supplier compliance with all contract terms, deliverables, and quality requirements.
  • Track supplier performance against approved budgets and schedules.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits of supplier documentation and performance.
  • Manage contract change control and ensure all modifications are properly approved and documented.
  • Maintain compliance reporting for both internal supply chain team and leadership.
  • Analyze supplier cost, schedule, and reporting data to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain supplier compliance procedures, frameworks and tools for open action tracking systems.
  • Identify compliance risks and work with legal, quality, and project teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain supplier compliance procedures and tools.
  • Support internal supply chain compliance with budgets, headcount, and process standards.
