Supervisory Practices & Analytics Co-Op

Wellington ManagementBoston, MA
$19 - $35Hybrid

About The Position

The Supervisory Practices & Analytics Co-Op represents an opportunity to join the Investment Platform Supervisory Practices team, which helps strengthen and support the firm's first-line supervisory framework across a complex, global investment platform. The team partners with Investment Platform leadership teams and investors, Legal & Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management and other groups to help identify emerging supervisory risks, develop effective monitoring and controls, and provide leadership with meaningful insights into areas requiring attention. The Co-Op will gain exposure to investment processes and the governance and supervisory frameworks that support them. The role combines data analysis, risk and control thinking, process improvement and stakeholder engagement, providing an opportunity to understand how a global investment organization manages evolving business, regulatory, and operational risks. Because supervisory priorities evolve with the business and regulatory environment, specific areas of focus may change over time. The co-op will gain direct exposure to investors and their investment processes. The co-op will work primarily with the Business Intelligence and Supervisory Practices team and assist with many of the tasks associated with managing a complex, growing, and fast-paced business. This position is based in Boston and includes interaction with colleagues across our global offices.
