About The Position
RBC Capital Markets Global Research is seeking a full-time Supervisory Analyst to cover North American evening hours, Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM PT). While you'll be part of a collaborative team with regular interaction and weekly conference calls, this role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives working independently.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work extended or varied hours during earnings season
- FINRA Series 16 license
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an equity analyst
- Prior experience as an equity Supervisory Analyst (SA)
- Familiarity with Blue Matrix
Responsibilities
- Review equity, commodity, and other research materials for global regulatory compliance
- Ensure all content meets the firm's established guidelines
- Coordinate with global staff on formatting, production, and distribution of research products
- Partner with Research Management and Legal to provide guidance on daily operational issues
