This role involves conducting pre-planned coaching and mentoring for General Managers (GMs), Assistant Managers (AMs), and crew members. The supervisor will plan coaching objectives before store visits, provide on-the-job coaching for key operations and management skills, and conduct annual performance appraisals with constructive feedback. Additionally, the role includes providing professional development and career track mentoring. The supervisor will also focus on achieving operational excellence by reinforcing company policies, identifying and diagnosing operational gaps, developing action plans, and coordinating field support resources. Financial oversight includes reviewing financial variables, analyzing data, creating presentations for business insights, and presenting weekly updates. The role also entails taking a leadership role in market development activities to drive growth, coordinating business plans, driving local store marketing (LSM) initiatives, and empowering GMs to lead LSM efforts.
