About The Position

Aramark is hiring a Supervisor for the Tim Hortons at Bishop’s University. This is a full-time position located at Bishop’s University (2600 College Street, Sherbrooke, QC J1M 1Z7). The schedule will be discussed during the interview, and the start date is immediate. The role involves planning and managing staffing levels, coordinating and supervising employees, performing cash reconciliation, monitoring service quality and customer satisfaction, completing operational logs, setting up workstations, assisting with service operations, participating in inventory control, and ensuring hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety standards are maintained and followed. Any other related duties may also be required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage staffing levels based on operational needs
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of employees under your responsibility
  • Perform cash reconciliation
  • Monitor and ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction
  • Complete production, temperature, loss, and other operational logs
  • Setting up workstations and service areas
  • Assist with service operations as needed
  • Participate in inventory control and inventory counts
  • Ensure that hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety standards are consistently maintained and followed
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards and procedures
  • Perform any other related duties as required
