Supervisor, Bronx/Westchester Substation Maintenance
About The Position
The Supervisor position is responsible for the safe performance of maintenance, construction, repair, inspection, and operation activities on substation and associated equipment and structures, with regular field presence required to oversee crews and support field operations. You will mentor and develop the team while ensuring compliance with the Standards of Business Conduct and EH&S policies. The Supervisor will foster an accident-free culture, strive for Operational Excellence, maintain an effective Cost Management culture, and enhance the customer experience. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan. Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
