About The Position

This role involves overseeing accounts in an assigned area, including meeting with customers and resolving issues. The Supervisor will also perform quality control checks of service areas, ensuring all services meet established standards and are completed in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include coordinating cleaner schedules, interviewing and hiring cleaning staff, providing training, and managing inventory of cleaning supplies. The Supervisor will also perform janitorial duties during staff shortages and other assigned tasks as needed.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have working knowledge of various cleaning methods.
• Must have effective communication skills
• Must have exceptional customer service skills
• Must be able to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Oversees accounts in assigned area, including meeting with customers, and resolving issues.
• Performs quality control check of service areas.
• Ensures all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
• Coordinates cleaner’s schedules.

• Provides training to assigned staff
• Ensures inventories of cleaning supplies in assigned area meet company standards
• Performs all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
