About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Supervisor to join their team. As an integral member of the store management team, the Supervisor will contribute to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. This role involves supporting the leadership team in growing sales, coaching team members, managing daily store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Good with people and able to support, assist, and coach store associates to perform their work effectively.
• Able to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.).
• Able to constantly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide and support team members through effective mentorship and leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs.
• Follow directives of store management.
• Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
