About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join our store in Rushmere. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age. This role involves leading the team by example, providing an exceptional shopping experience, engaging with customers and staff, helping the team exceed goals, striving for operational excellence, assisting with management responsibilities, delegating tasks, and adhering to company policies. The ideal candidate will promote the schuh brand through service values.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, incredibly ambitious and ready for anything

- Passionate about retail/customer service/footwear
- Target driven
- Keen eye for detail and knowledge of trends
- Previous supervisory experience in customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable.
- Full training will be given for the role.
