The Supervisor will conduct "Pre-planned" Coaching and Mentoring of GMs, AMs and crew. This role involves planning on-the-job coaching objectives before each store visit using a store planning tool and providing "suggestive" on-the-job coaching of key operations and management skills. The Supervisor will also conduct Annual Performance Appraisals, providing "positive, constructive, and actionable" feedback, and offer professional development and career track mentoring to GMs and AMs. Additionally, the Supervisor will achieve Operational Excellence in all stores using a structured approach, reinforcing key company policies and standards, identifying and diagnosing operational gaps in underperforming stores, developing formal action plans, and coordinating field support resources. Financial Oversight and Review Meetings are also a key part of this role, including reviewing key financial variables, analyzing financial/operational data, developing executive presentations, presenting weekly updates, and ensuring stores meet operating plans through P/L reviews and quarterly business reviews. The Supervisor will also take a Leadership role in Market Development activities to drive AWUS growth, coordinating with the Market Leader and field support to develop market business plans, driving the development and execution of Local Store Marketing, coordinating field support resources to execute LSM initiatives, empowering GMs to take leadership roles in executing LSM, and coordinating with the Market Leader to identify and pursue new AWUS growth opportunities.
