About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee multiple janitorial sites in the Louisville area. This role supervises employees, ensures safety standards, and serves as the communication link with operations leadership and HR. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone comfortable managing people, solving problems in real time, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Weekend availability required as needed
- Driver's License and Real ID Required
Responsibilities
- Supervise janitorial staff and site supervisors across multiple locations
- Ensure employees follow cleaning standards and company procedures
- Perform regular inspections and quality checks
- Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching
- Enforce safety policies and compliance requirement.
- Coordinate with HR regarding attendance, discipline, and employee relations
- Maintain staffing coverage and respond to operational needs
- Address problems quickly and professionally
