About The Position

Join Aftermath as a Supervisor and take the lead on projects that restore peace of mind after life’s toughest moments. This isn’t a desk job—it’s hands-on work that makes a real difference. This role involves biohazard cleanup (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes). Aftermath is the nation’s largest biohazard remediation and trauma cleanup company, providing professional and compassionate services for over 25 years. We have over 60 regional offices and over 100 mobile units across the country, with more than 250 experienced crime scene cleanup professionals dedicated to assisting families, communities, and businesses after traumatic events.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred
Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel

Nice To Haves

IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
Xactimate experience
A track record of successful community engagement and outreach
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

Responsibilities

Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
