The Valet Supervisor position, located at The Edition - Miami, offers a pay rate of $15.00/hr plus tips. The ideal candidate must have a background in customer service and valet parking, and being bilingual is a mandatory requirement. This role seeks a proactive leader focused on operational excellence to join the SP+ team. The supervisor will be a key contributor to the day-to-day management of parking operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations while maintaining a professional image and delivering top-tier service to clients and customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Must have previous experience in customer service.
Must have previous experience in Valet Parking.
Ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and provide clarification when needed.
Ability to write clearly and informatively, as well as read and interpret written instructions or reports.
Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage delays or unexpected events effectively, and exercise sound, accurate judgment.
Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
Being bilingual is a must.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily activities at assigned locations, ensuring all operations adhere to company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
Foster positive relationships with clients and participate in programs designed to improve customer satisfaction.
Support the upkeep of the garage by assisting with equipment repairs and general maintenance tasks (cleanup of debris, oil spills, etc.) as directed.
Maintain a safe environment by reporting accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager immediately.
Be ready to step in and substitute for any position when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the facility layout, as well as major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the surrounding area to assist customers effectively.
