In this role, you will be a key player in the day-to-day management of our parking operations, ensuring we meet contractual guidelines while delivering a professional image and top-tier service to our clients and customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Must have previous experience in customer service and in Valet Parking.
  • Being bilingual.
  • Ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and provide clarification when needed.
  • Ability to write clearly and informatively, as well as read and interpret written instructions or reports.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage delays or unexpected events effectively, and exercise sound, accurate judgment.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
  • Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to talk and hear clearly to assist customers and coordinate with the team.

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of related experience or training is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily activities at assigned locations, ensuring all operations adhere to company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and participate in programs designed to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support the upkeep of the garage by assisting with equipment repairs and general maintenance tasks (cleanup of debris, oil spills, etc.) as directed.
  • Maintain a safe environment by reporting accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager immediately.
  • Be ready to step in and substitute for any position when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the facility layout, as well as major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the surrounding area to assist customers effectively.
