About The Position

We're looking for passionate, skilled, and energetic Bussers to join our team! Must be able to handle all types of weather conditions. Busser is a vital role for creating exceptional guest experiences. Bussers help maintain every detail with guest service throughout the dining experience.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently high level of guest service to each guest and team member during their shift
• Proactive and anticipate the needs of coworkers around them that may need
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines
• Ensuring that side stations are prepped, cleaned and stocked for business demand
