Tropicana Laughlin is seeking a motivated, service-driven Hourly Restaurant Supervisor for the Carnegies Café—someone who leads by example, supports their team, and ensures every guest enjoys warm, attentive Caesars-style hospitality. Requirements

• Ability to perform all essential duties with professionalism and consistency
• Knowledge of company policies including fire and safety regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Three to six months of related experience in a restaurant, hotel, or casino environment
• Current Health Card and Alcohol Card
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one or small group settings
• Basic computer proficiency
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Delegate tasks and ensure smooth daily operations
• Evaluate, coach, and discipline employees as needed
• Assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Provide Caesars Family Style Service to guests and team members
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant success
• Directly supervise restaurant staff
• Interview, hire, and train employees
• Plan, assign, and direct daily work
• Appraise performance and reward achievements
• Address complaints and resolve issues
• Enforce company policies and procedures in alignment with Tropicana Entertainment standards
