About The Position

The Supervisor – Logistics is responsible for overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. This role involves implementing operational policies and procedures, ensuring the safe and effective use of warehouse equipment, and maintaining the safety of staff. The Supervisor will also be responsible for motivating and disciplining staff, maintaining accurate documentation and records of warehouse activities, and keeping track of product and inventory conditions and locations. Additionally, the role may require assisting with deliveries as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years warehouse management experience.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Valid drivers' license.
• Ability to operate forklift effectively.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong people skills.
• Available to work extended hours.
• 5+ years in a Logistics Leadership Role
