About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team in creating a positive customer experience and delivering desired results. You will help execute store operations, maintain a visually appealing store, and create an environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

The role involves supporting sales and business growth, demonstrating product and operational knowledge, building customer relationships, maintaining merchandising and operational standards, and performing point-of-sale transactions. You may also perform supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.

The position requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and may require occasional travel to other store locations. It involves bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.

• Serve as a role model for team members in delivering the customer experience.
• Support the management team in consistently meeting store merchandising and operational standards.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and perform supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.
