This role involves conducting pre-planned coaching and mentoring for General Managers (GMs), Assistant Managers (AMs), and crew members. The supervisor will plan coaching objectives before store visits, provide on-the-job coaching for key operations and management skills, and conduct annual performance appraisals with constructive feedback. Additionally, the role includes providing professional development and career track mentoring. The supervisor is responsible for achieving operational excellence in all stores by reinforcing company policies, identifying and diagnosing operational gaps, and developing action plans. This includes coordinating with field support resources. The role also involves financial oversight, including reviewing financial variables, analyzing data, developing presentations, and presenting weekly updates. The supervisor will ensure stores meet operating plans through P/L reviews and quarterly business reviews. A key aspect of the role is taking a leadership role in market development activities to drive growth, coordinating market business plans, driving local store marketing (LSM) initiatives, empowering GMs in LSM execution, and identifying new growth opportunities.
