Responsible for non-exempt staff serving in support roles for the second level reconsideration/dispute resolution processes. Provides leadership to employees in support of accurate and timely processing of appeals/disputes. Effectively and efficiently manages inventory levels and ensures the accuracy of appeal/dispute resolution case preparation and effectuation. Achieves operational and production goals. Ensures effective quality control procedures are in place and followed. Supervises, trains, and evaluates project work activities and personnel.
