About The Position

The Supervisor supports the store’s leadership team and helps deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role leads by example, coaches and develops associates, and helps maintain operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards. Working in partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the Supervisor contributes to store profitability and an inclusive team culture. The position suits someone who enjoys mentoring others and delivering service in a fast-paced retail environment. The Supervisor helps achieve store and individual sales goals, monitors performance against key indicators, oversees daily operations and stockroom activity, and supports team training. The role also maintains merchandising and inventory standards, participates in local community initiatives, and upholds company policies and safety procedures. The hiring range is $19.50–$28.80 per hour. The position may also be eligible for additional compensation awards, such as an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission; eligibility details are provided during recruiting and interviews.

Requirements

At least 1 year of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
Skill in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
Solution-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and meet business expectations.
Comfort using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.

Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback and support.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention practices.
Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Foster a positive and inclusive store environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and learning.
