About The Position

The Restaurant Supervisor is a key leader on the floor, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the development of our team (Firestarters). This role is a stepping stone into salaried management, designed for high-performing individuals ready to grow their leadership career. You will lead by example, own the guest experience, and help drive operational excellence in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum of 3 months restaurant experience (Smokey Bones preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to perform at a high level
  • Own and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness and security
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health standards at all times
  • Support labor, shift execution, and overall restaurant flow
  • Partner with management to drive performance and team development
