About The Position
We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for helping lead daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and supporting team members throughout the day. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can stay organized, motivate employees, solve problems quickly, and create a positive experience for both customers and staff.
Requirements
- Previous leadership or supervisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable leading a team and holding employees accountable
- Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
Nice To Haves
- Car wash or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Supervise employees during daily shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Help train and coach team members
- Monitor wash quality and make sure vehicles are cleaned properly
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Open and close the business when needed
- Keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean and organized
- Monitor chemical levels, supplies, and inventory
- Ensure employees are following company procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage when needed
- Help drive sales of memberships and wash upgrades
- Communicate with management about any issues or concerns
