About The Position

Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience serving the behavioral health needs of Spokane County. FBH offers evidence-based treatment to adults, youth, and seniors, operating as a Trauma-Informed Care Organization. The Forensic Housing and Recovery through Peer Services (FHARPS) Team utilizes the Permanent Supportive Housing and Housing First model to assist individuals who meet the definition of Trueblood Class Members. This team works with individuals identified by the Health Care Authority as eligible for the program, assessing needs, providing case management, and assisting with employment, educational services, and Social Security benefits applications. The Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations and oversight of their assigned program, including staff supervision, training, and consultation. The goal is to help participants overcome barriers, maintain community stability, engage in treatment, and secure and maintain housing and services.
