This position requires a highly flexible individual who can adapt to changing operational needs and work a combination of days, nights, and weekends on a regular basis. This is a working supervisor role that combines team leadership, quality control, training, and hands-on cleaning support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support janitorial staff across various shifts

• Respond to staffing or operational needs as they arise
• Step in to assist with cleaning duties when necessary
